About approval of form of the obligation of export/commodity importation and vehicles

1. Approve the enclosed obligation form of the return import and the return commodity exportation and vehicles (appendix 1), represented to customs authority in case of the statement of customs regimes of temporary import of goods and vehicles and temporary export of goods and vehicles.
2. Approve the enclosed obligation form of the return export of the vehicles moved through customs border with physical persons (appendix 2) in preferential procedure.
3. To legal support division of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ansarova I. Y.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To the press service of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Konlybayeva A. A.) provide publication of this order in mass media.
5. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 21, 2003 of N67 "About Approval of Rules of Customs Control over the Goods Moved with Physical Persons through Customs Border in the Simplified, Preferential Procedure" (state registration in the Ministry of Justice of March 21, 2003 N 2213).
6. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan Erzhanov A. K.
7. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
