The governments of the State Parties of the Agreement on cooperation in the field of ensuring industrial safety on hazardous production facilities of September 28, 2001 (further - the Agreement) which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

aiming at enhancement of activities of Interstate council on industrial safety and increase in its role in coordination of cooperation in the field of ensuring industrial safety,

in pursuance of the Decision of Council of heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the General provision on bodies of industry cooperation of the Commonwealth of Independent States of October 9, 2009,

agreed as follows:

1. In Regulations on Interstate council on industrial safety which are integral part of the Agreement:

a)" (further - the Agreement)" to add Item 1 of the Section I after words with the words "is also body of industry cooperation of the Commonwealth of Independent States";

b) to add Item 2 of the Section I with the paragraph of the following content: "Council is urged to organize and coordinate within the competence execution of the decisions made by Council of heads of states, Council of Heads of Government, Council of Foreign Ministers and CIS Economic Council";

c) to state Item 3 of the Section I in the following edition:
