in pursuance of the Decision of Council of heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the General provision on bodies of industry cooperation of the Commonwealth of Independent States of October 9, 2009, agreed as follows:

1. In paragraph three of article 3 of the Agreement of the word of "Interstate economic Committee of Economic union" shall be replaced with words "Executive committee of the CIS".
