Bring in the Regulations on Bureau on coordination of fight against organized crime and other dangerous types of crimes in the territory of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States approved by the Decision of Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States of November 25, 2005 with changes and additions made by the Decision of Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States of November 24, 2006, the following changes and amendments:

1.1. Add Item 1.1 with the subitem д) the following content: "e)" civil personnel" - persons working as specialists of BKBOP on the basis of the employment contracts or contracts signed with them (except administrativnotekhnichesky personnel)".

1.2. Add Item 1.2 with paragraphs the third and fourth the following content:

"BKBOP will organize the activities on the basis of the annual plans of work approved by his director.

Information on activities of BKBOP is annually provided in the Ministries of Internal Affairs and Executive committee of the CIS".

1.3. Add Section 2 with Item 2.5 of the following content, having changed respectively the subsequent numbering of Items:

"2.5. Implementation of functions of the secretariat of SMVD:

2.5.1. Forming of drafts of agendas of the regular meetings of SMVD together with the Ministries of Internal Affairs;

2.5.2. The organization and carrying out expert legal study of the draft documents submitted for consideration of SMVD together with the Ministries of Internal Affairs;

2.5.3. Organization and holding meetings of experts of the Ministries of Internal Affairs;
