1. Approve the enclosed Rules of information transfer for maintaining the State register of taxpayers and the taxation objects of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules).

2. To agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (further - the Agency) and to the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - MF RK Oil Company):

1) in 10 dnevny time from the date of signing of this Order to determine persons responsible for forming and information transfer in the information system "State Register of Taxpayers and Taxation Objects";

2) in writing to inform each other on changes in the list of the responsible persons specified in the subitem 1) of Item 2 of this order within 5 working days from the date of introduction of corresponding changes.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Agency Bakhmutova E. L. and Chairman of MF RK Oil Company Rakhmetov N. K.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing by MF RK Oil Company and the Agency.
