in case of achievement by the time of appointment to positions in this Committee of the age which is according to age legal acts limit of condition on service in law-enforcement bodies have the right to service in the Investigative Committee for three years without edition of additional legal acts about leaving them on service in the Investigative Committee over the specified age limit.
