I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. The law of Ukraine "About state registration of the ware rights to real estate and their restrictions" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, N 51, Art. 553; 2005, N 10, Art. 194, N 32, Art. 421; 2006, N 13, Art. 110; 2009, N 29, Art. 396; 2010, N 1, 2) to state the Art. in such edition:

"LAW OF UKRAINE

About state registration of the ware rights to real estate and their burdenings

This Law determines legal, economic, organizational basis of carrying out state registration of the ware and other rights which are subject to registration under this Law and their burdenings and is aimed at providing recognition and protection of these rights by the state, creations of conditions for functioning of the real estate market.

Section I

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1. Scope of the Law

1. This Law governs the relations connected with state registration of the rights to real estate and their burdenings.

2. Operation of this Law does not extend to state registration of the rights to air and ocean ships, inland navigation vessels, space and other objects of the civil laws to which the legal regime of immovable thing extends.

Article 2. Determination of terms

1. In this Law terms are used in such value:

state registration of the ware rights to real estate (further - state registration of the rights) - official recognition and confirmation by the state of the facts of origin, transition or the termination of the rights to real estate, burdenings of such rights by entering of the corresponding record into the State register of the ware rights to real estate;
