About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of state regulation in the field of housing construction

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Housing code of the Ukrainian SSR (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1983, N 28, the Art. 573):

Part third of Article 34 to add 1) with the words "also are entered in the unified state register of the citizens needing improvement of housing conditions which procedure for maintaining is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

2) article 42 after words of "housing conditions" to add with the words "also are entered in the unified state register of the citizens needing improvement of housing conditions";

Article 134 to add 3) with part seven of the following content:

"The citizens staying on the registry of persons interested to enter housing cooperative are entered in the unified state register of the citizens needing improvement of housing conditions";

4) part the second articles 135 after the words "enter in housing cooperative " add with words " and are entered in the unified state register of the citizens needing improvement of housing conditions";

Article 189 part one paragraph two after words "in violation of procedure for registration "add 5) with words" and maintaining the unified state register ".

2. In Article 810-1 of the Civil code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, NN 40-44, of the Art. 356):
