The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Item 8 parts one of article 6-2 of the Law of Ukraine "About the victims of Nazi prosecutions" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 24, Art. 182; in 2005, 5, the Art. 120) after the words "repair of own apartment houses" to add No. with the words "and apartments".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in six-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law:
bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
provide review and cancellation by executive bodies of the normative legal acts contradicting this Law.
