About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of December 11, 2009 No. 146

1. Bring in the Instruction about some questions of release and state registration of securities approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of December 11, 2009 No. 146 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 30, 8/21797), the following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 2:
word in paragraph six "bonds among in advance" shall be replaced with words "registered bonds among in advance individually";
