According to the subitem 1) of Item 18 of the Regulations on the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2004 No. 1109, I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Technique of cost sharing, the income and the involved assets in case of the combined development of heat and electrical energy.
2. On regulation and control in the field of electro-and heat-and-power engineeering of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies to provide to department approval of this order of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To department of administrative work and analysis of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies (Esirkepov E. O.) after approval of this order of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring it to the attention of structural divisions and territorial authorities of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies, local executive bodies of areas (the cities of republican value, the capital).
4. To territorial authorities of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies to bring this order to the attention of subjects of the natural monopolies included in the Republican Section of the State register of subjects of the natural monopolies making heat energy at stations with the combined production type.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies Aldabergenov N. Sh.
6. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
