1. Approve the Concept of the Nation-wide program "Health of 2020: the Ukrainian measurement" which is applied.

Determine the Ministry of Health the state customer of the Program.

2. To the Ministry of Health develop and submit to six-months time to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft of the Nation-wide program "Health of 2020: Ukrainian measurement".
