Procedure for calculation of insurance years of service which grants the right to purpose of the monetary assistance, and its payments

1. This Procedure determines conditions of calculation of insurance years of service which grant the right to purpose of Ukraine, cash according to Item 7-1 of the Section XV "Final provisions" of the Law, "About obligatory national pension insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, Art. No. 49-51, 376), and the mechanism of its payment.

2. In the insurance years of service determining the right to payment of the monetary assistance the work periods in institutions and organizations of the state and utility pattern of ownership on positions on which robot grants the right to award of pension for long service according to the Items "e" and "zh" of article 55 of the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions" are set off (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 3, Art. 10) which are provided:
