About approval of the Instruction about establishment of groups of disability

According to Item 20 of the Regulations on medico-social examination approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2009 No. 1317, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction about establishment of groups of disability which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of April 7, 2004 No. 183 "About approval of the Instruction about establishment of groups of disability", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 22, 2004 for No. 516/9115.

3. To the Minister of Health of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs of managements of health care of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations to bring this Instruction to permission.

4. To the deputy director of Department treatment-and-prophylactic to pomoshchinachalnik of management of medical rehabilitation and medico-social examination (Marunich V. V.):

4.1. Provide provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4.2. Establish constant control behind application by medico-social commissions of experts of the Instruction about establishment of groups of disability.

5. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the First Deputy Minister Moiseenko R. O.

6. The order becomes effective from the date of official publication.
