About approval of the Regulations on providing the right of persons to access to public information in Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine

For the purpose of ensuring unconditional fulfillment of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About access to public information" and the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 05.05.2011 No. 547 "Question of ensuring with executive bodies of access to public information", I ORDER to realization by citizens of the right to access to public information guaranteed by the state:

1. Approve Regulations on providing the right of persons to access to public information in Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine which are applied.

2. To department of tax, customs policy, income, administrations of payments and methodology of financial accounting (Chmeruk M. O.) to provide provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine Gurzhiya S. G.
