According to article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state protection of participants of criminal trial" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

To Approve 1) Vida of special individual protection equipment, bonds and the notifications about danger issued to the protected person and procedure for their issue (are applied).

2) to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan, Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, to Agency on the state financial control and fight against corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan, Agency on control of drugs in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Tajikistan implementation of the necessary actions connected with issue of special individual protection equipment, bonds and the notification of persons which are subject to the state protection.

3) Financing also is material - technical supply of the measures connected with implementation of this resolution are performed by budget funds based on the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
