To the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments and business entities irrespective of patterns of ownership and departmental subordination having debt on credit agreements on receipt of the budget advances and foreign credits which are not supported with mortgage providing to conclude until the end of the current year with the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic pledge agreements for providing remaining balance of debt on the credit agreements signed in 1992-1996.

To the Ministry of Foreign Trade and the industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of agricultural and water economy of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to renew on subordinated business entities or their legal successors remaining balance of debt on the budget advances and the foreign credits obtained by the ministries and departments and transferred to jurisdictional enterprises and the organizations in 1992-1996.
