1) to Approve the Procedure for creation and maintaining the state fund of standards it (is applied).

2) to the Ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas to take adequate measures on implementation of this resolution.

Procedure for creation and maintaining the state fund of standards

1. General provisions

1) This Procedure establishes the procedure of creation and maintaining the state fund of standards, instructions for use it, and also procedure for creation and functioning of unified information system on the standardization intended for providing with information on standards.

2) the State fund of standards represents organizationally the arranged set of documents in the field of standardization and is the state information resource.

3) the State fund of standards is created on the basis of state standards, interstate, international, regional standards, rules, regulations and recommendations about standardization, national standards of other countries for the purpose of:

- provisions to physical persons and legal entities of complete, reliable and timely information about standards;

- ensuring compliance of standardization to interests of national economy;

- assistance to use of modern achievements of science and technology in the field of standardization.
