Article 1

Bring in Bases of the legislation of the Russian Federation on notariate of February 11, 1993 N 4462-I (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1993, N 10, Art. 357; Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 1, Art. 21; 2008, N 52, Art. 6236; 2010, N 28, Art. 3554) following changes:

Part 1 of Article 35 to add 1) with Item 19 of the following content:

Article 2

Part 1 of article 26 of the Federal Law of July 5, 2010 N 154-FZ "The consular charter of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, N 28, the Art. 3554) to add with Item 11 of the following content:

"11) to certify the information about persons in cases, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation.".
