Article 1

Bring in article 5 of the Law of the Russian Federation of June 26, 1992 N 3132-I "About the status of judges in the Russian Federation" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, N 30, Art. 1792; Russian Federation Code, 1995, N 26, Art. 2399; 2001, N 51, Art. 4834; 2005, N 15, Art. 1278; 2008, N 52, Art. 6229) following changes:

For the purpose of establishment of availability at the candidate for judgeship of knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for work for judgeships in court of certain type and level, examination committees on acceptance of qualification examination on judgeship (the daleeekzamenatsionny commissions) are created.

2.2. The procedure for forming of examination committees, their powers and the procedure of acceptance of qualification examination on judgeship are determined by the Federal Law of March 14, 2002 N 30-FZ "About bodies of judicial community in the Russian Federation".";

"4.
