1. In paragraph eight of Item 3 of the Regulations on reference of citizens to category needy able-bodied for receipt of the state support for construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of the premises approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 20, 2000 No. 1955 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 2, 5/4885), words "the grants paid to pupils of technical training colleges, pupils and students of average special and higher educational institutions" shall be replaced with words "grants, surcharges to grants, allowances to grants for the progress in study, scientific and social job paid to students according to the legislation".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
