1.1. to declare subitem 1.5 of Item 1 invalid;
1.2. the list of socially important goods (works, services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by the Ministry of Economics, and the list of socially important goods (works, services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom, approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows (are applied).
2. To the Ministry of Economics, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
