About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation in connection with introduction of rotation on the public civil service

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of May 27, 2003 N 58-FZ "About system of public service of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, N 22, Art. 2063; 2007, N 49, Art. 6070; 2011, N 1, Art. 31) following changes:

1) in Article 11:

a) add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:

"rotation of government employees.";

b) add with Item 5 of the following content:

"5. The features of rotation of government employees considering specifics of passing of public service of the corresponding type can be established by the Federal Laws on types of public service.";

2) article 16 after words "advanced trainings and training of government employees," to add with words "carrying out rotation of government employees,".

Article 2

Bring in the Federal Law of July 27, 2004 N 79-FZ "About the public civil service of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, N 31, Art. 3215; 2006, N 6, Art. 636; 2007, N 49, Art. 6070; 2008, N 30, Art. 3616; N 52, of Art. 6235; 2010, N 7, Art. 704; N 49, of Art. 6413; 2011, N 1, Art. 31) following changes:

Item 4 of part 2 of article 22 after words of "Article 31" to add 1) with the words "and part 9 of Article 60.1";

Part 3 of Article 24 to add 2) with Item 10 of the following content:

"10) finding of the position replaced by the civil servant in the list of positions of civil service on which rotation of civil servants is provided.";

Part 4 of Article 25 to add 3) with Item 7.1 of the following content:

"7. 1) substitutions of position of civil service according to the procedure of rotation;";
