The foreign citizen or the stateless person who are given by the Russian Federation to foreign state according to the international treaty of the Russian Federation on readmission or the foreign citizen or the stateless person who are accepted by the Russian Federation from foreign state according to the international treaty of the Russian Federation on readmission performs departure from the Russian Federation or entry into the Russian Federation without visa based on the decision on readmission of the specified foreign citizen or the stateless person accepted by the federal executive body authorized on implementation of functions on control and supervision in the field of migration or decisions on readmission on expedited procedure of the specified foreign citizen or the stateless person accepted by the relevant boundary organ of the Federal Security Service. In the case provided by the international treaty of the Russian Federation on readmission, departure of the specified foreign citizen or the stateless person from the Russian Federation or their entry into the Russian Federation is performed also based on the travel document for the purposes of readmission provided by the specified international treaty.
