About modification and amendments in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 17, 2003 No. 71

Based on subitem 8.6 of Item 8 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228 "About some questions of customs authorities" the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 17, 2003 No. 71 "About some questions of customs clearance and customs control of weapon and ammunition" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 135, 8/10258; 2008, No. 175, 8/19135) following changes and amendment:

1.1. in Item 2 of the word "in the cases provided by the Instruction about procedure for customs clearance and customs control of weapon and ammunition approved by this resolution" shall be replaced with words "when exporting from the Republic of Belarus of the weapon having cultural value";

1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for customs clearance and customs control of weapon and ammunition approved by this resolution:

1.2.1. in Item 14:

part one after words of "the Belarusian body" to add with words ", having the state military forming or the state paramilitary organization *, the Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus or the Attorney-General of the Republic of Belarus";
