About introduction of amendments to article 77 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine on health care concerning acceleration of provision of first aid in urgent and extreme situations

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. To add part one of Article 77 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine on health care (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 4, Art. 19 with subsequent changes) with the Item "about" of such content:

"o) the free parking of vehicles in places specially allotted for this purpose in case:

the equipment of the vehicle which the health worker, manages special identification mark of the sample established by the legislation;

placements on the car of special sticker with indication of contact telephone number of the health worker which manages this vehicle.

Owners of specially allotted platforms for the parking shall provide and allocate within platforms of the place for the free parking of vehicles which are managed by health workers.

The form, procedure and conditions of issue of special sticker are established by authorized central executive body in health care industry".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2012.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

provide preparation of regulatory legal acts which follow from this Law;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
