About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning activities of the Supreme council of justice concerning their reduction in compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine

Due to the acceptance by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine on March 11, 2011 "About the Supreme council of justice" the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides Decisions No. 2-rp/2011 in the matter of relatively compliance of the Constitution of Ukraine (constitutionality) of separate provisions of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1) paragraph one of part one of article 188-32 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, appendix to No. 51, 1122) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR to the Art. in such edition:

"Failure to carry out of legal requirements of the Supreme council of justice or the member of the High Council of Justice concerning provision of information, legal case (its copy) which consideration is finished, refusal in acquaintance with legal case which consideration is not finished provision of obviously inveracious information, and also non-compliance with the terms of provision of information, legal case (its copy) established by the law to the Supreme council of justice or the member of the High Council of Justice";

2) in the Law of Ukraine "About the Supreme council of justice" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 25, Art. 146; 2010, No. 26, Art. 272):

state Article 25 in such edition:

"Article 25. Powers of the Supreme council of justice by hearing of cases

The supreme council of justice, the member of the High Council of Justice for implementation of the powers can summon and obtain necessary information from public authorities and local government bodies, their officials, heads of the companies, organizations, the organizations irrespective of pattern of ownership and subordination, citizens or their associations.
