About introduction of amendments to articles 140 and 241 of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, N 52, Art. 4921; 2003, N 50, Art. 4847; 2011, N 1, Art. 16) following changes:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 22.10.2014 No. 308-FZ

Part the seventh Article 241 to state 2) in the following edition:

"7. The court verdict is proclaimed in proceeding in open court. In case of consideration of criminal case in the closed judicial session or in case of consideration of criminal case about crimes in the field of economic activity based on determination or the court order only introduction and resolutive parts of sentence can be disclosed.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
