About modification of the List of products which are subject to obligatory certification in Ukraine

According to article 14 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 10.05.93 No. 4693 "About standardization and certification" and the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 31.05.2011 No. 634, I ORDER:

1. Bring in the List of products which are subject to obligatory certification in Ukraine, approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of 01.02.2005 No. 28, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 04.05.2005 for No. 466/10746 (with changes), such changes:

in the Section 26 "Food Products and Food Staples" to exclude such Items:

Item 26.21 "Mineral Waters, Drinking Waters in Sealed Container";

Item 26.22 "The Soft Drinks, Waters Which Are Artificially Mineralized and Concentrates of Drinks with Suitability Term to Consumption at Least 30 Days, except the Dry Concentrates Made of Natural Grain Raw Materials";

Item 26.32 "Canned Food and Preserved Food Fish, Ryborastitelny and from Seafood, including Caviar";

Item 26.34 "Fish and Herring with Suitability Term to Consumption More than 30 Days";

Item 26.35 "Fish Dried, Smoked, with Suitability Term to Consumption More than 30 Days".

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

3. In five-day time to provide to department of technical regulation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To provide to the state company "Ukrainian Research and Training Center of Problems of Standardization, Certification and Quality" after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine its publication in the next edition of the monthly information index "Standards".
