Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 4, 2007 N 329-FZ "About physical culture and sport in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 50, Art. 6242; 2008, N 30, Art. 3616; N 52, of Art. 6236; 2009, N 19, Art. 2272; N 29, of Art. 3612; 2010, N 19, Art. 2290; N 31, of Art. 4165; 2011, N 17, Art. 2317; N 30, of the Art. 4596) following changes:

1) in Article 2:

a) state Item 10 in the following edition:

"10) the program of sports preparation - the program of step-by-step training of physical persons by the form sport (sports disciplines) determining the main directions and conditions of sports preparation at each its stage, developed and implemented by the organization performing sports preparation according to requirements of federal standards of sports preparation;";

b) add with Items 15.1 and 15.2 of the following content:

"15. 1) sports preparation - training process which is subject to planning includes obligatory systematic participation in sports competitions, is directed to physical training and enhancement of sports skill of persons having sports training and is performed based on the state (municipal) task for rendering services in sports preparation or the agreement of rendering services in sports preparation according to programs of sports preparation;

15. 2) sports reserve - persons having sports training for the purpose of their inclusion in structure of sports national teams, including sports national teams of the Russian Federation;";

c) in Item 19 to replace the word "educational and training" with the word "training";

d) in Item 24 "educational and training" to replace the word with the word of "training";

e) add with Item 24.1 of the following content:
