1) in Article 3.11:

2) Article 4.5 to add with part 5.1 following of content:

"5.1. Prescriptive limit of administrative prosecution for administrative offenses, stipulated in Article 6.18 of this Code, regarding use of the prohibited substance and (or) the prohibited method begins to be estimated from the date of obtaining by the all-Russian anti-doping organization of the conclusion of the laboratory accredited by the World Anti-Doping Agency, use by the athlete of the prohibited substance and (or) the prohibited method confirming the fact.";

3) in Article 6.10:

1. The violation by the trainer, specialist in sports medicine or other specialist in the field of physical culture and sport of the requirements about prevention of dope established by the legislation on physical culture and sport in sport and fight against it expressed in use in respect of the athlete of the prohibited substance and (or) the prohibited method irrespective of the consent of the athlete or in assistance in use by the athlete or concerning the athlete of the prohibited substance and (or) the prohibited method if these actions do not contain penal act,

attracts disqualification for a period of one year up to two years.

2. The same actions made concerning the minor athlete if these actions do not contain penal act,

attract disqualification for the term of three years.

1. The prohibited substance and (or) the prohibited method in this Article is understood as the substance and (or) method included in the lists of the substances and (or) methods prohibited for use in sport, approved by the federal executive body performing functions on carrying out state policy, normative legal regulation, rendering the state services and management of state-owned property in the field of physical culture and sport.

2. Assistance in use by the athlete or concerning the athlete of the prohibited substance and (or) the prohibited method in this Article is understood as any actions promoting use of the prohibited substance and (or) the prohibited method including councils, instructions, provision of information, provision of the prohibited substances, means of application of the prohibited methods, removal of obstacles to use of the prohibited substances and (or) the prohibited methods, and also concealment of traces of use of the prohibited substance and (or) the prohibited method.";

Part 1 of Article 23.1 after figures "6.16," to add 5) with figures "6.18,";

6) ceased to be valid according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 03.07.2016 No. 305-FZ

Article 2

Bring in the Federal Law of December 4, 2007 N 329-FZ "About physical culture and sport in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 50, Art. 6242; 2008, N 30, Art. 3616; 2010, N 19, Art. 2290) following changes:

1) part 4 of article 26 after the words "and also trainers" to add with words "specialists in sports medicine,";

Item 8 of part 2 of Article 26.1 after words of "physical culture and sport" to add 2) with words ", body, authorized to constitute protocols on administrative offenses, the stipulated in Article 6.18 Russian Federation Codes of Administrative Offences,".
