Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 26, 1995 N 208-FZ "About joint-stock companies" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, N 1, Art. 1; 2001, N 33, Art. 3423; 2002, N 45, Art. 4436; 2004, N 15, Art. 1343; 2006, N 1, Art. 5; N 2, of Art. 172; N 31, of Art. 3445; 2007, N 31, Art. 4016; 2009, N 29, Art. 3642; 2011, N 1, Art. 21) following changes:

1) in paragraph ten of Item 3 of Article 29 the fourth offer to exclude;

2) in Item 2 of Article 40 the third offer to exclude;

3) in Article 42:

a) in the paragraph the second Item 1 the first offer to add with words "if other is not provided by this Federal Law";

b) in the paragraph the second item 4 the second offer to exclude;

Article 43 to add 4) with Item 5 of the following content:

"5. Society has no right to pay the announced share dividends concerning which rights make sure securities of the foreign issuer if information on the owner of the specified securities of the foreign issuer is not provided to society according to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation about the security market. At the same time the obligation of society on payment of such dividends stops and their amount is recovered as a part of retained earnings of society in month after the term established for dividend payout.";
