Bring in the Federal Law of May 27, 1996 N 57-FZ "About the state protection" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, N 22, Art. 2594; 1997, N 29, Art. 3502; 2000, N 46, Art. 4537; 2002, N 19, Art. 1794; 2003, N 27, Art. 2700; 2004, N 35, Art. 3607; 2005, N 1, Art. 17; 2007, N 27, Art. 3213; N 50, of Art. 6241; 2008, N 29, Art. 3418; 2011, N 1, Art. 16) following changes:

Preamble to state 1) in the following edition:

"This Federal Law determines purpose of the state protection, the basic principles and content of activities for implementation of the state protection, power and function of bodies of the state protection, and also procedure for control and supervision of their activities.";

2) in Article 1:

a) state paragraph two in the following edition:

"the state protection - the activities for safety of objects of the state protection and protection of the protected objects which are carried out for the purpose of safe and free implementation of the government in the Russian Federation and execution of the international obligations of the Russian Federation, performed on the basis of set of legal, organizational, security, regime, operational search, technical, information and other measures;";
