1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of September 12, 2006 No. 112 "On regulation of the security market" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 166, 8/15099; 2008, No. 237, 8/19537; 2009, No. 145, 8/21021; 2011, No. 45, 8/23569) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in the Instruction about procedure for transactions with securities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
1.1.1. the fifteenth Item 13 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"demand in case of registration of the gift agreement of shares with persons who are in relation to the donator the parents, children, adoptive parents adopted, the spouse (spouse), parents of the spouse (spouse), brothers and sisters, grandsons, the grandma, the grandfather, copies of the documents confirming the corresponding relationship of the donator and donee;";
1.1.2. in Item 202 part one:
in paragraph one of the word "In the Offer on Share Purchase the Possibility of Withdrawal of Such Offer Can Be Stipulated" shall be replaced with words "The offer on share purchase can be withdrawn";
