About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About local self-government"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About local self-government" (the Erkin Too newspaper of July 22, 2011 No. 59) the following changes and amendments:
1. In Item 5 of Article 10 the word "the legislation," shall be replaced with words "the law or the agreement,".
2. To state part 5 of Article 15 in the following edition:
"5. The charter of local community is subject to obligatory registration in the representative body of local self-government according to the procedure established for registration of regulatory legal acts of local keneshes.
The regulatory legal act of the local kenesh about approval of the charter of local community (with appendix of the text of the charter) goes to territorial subdivision of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State register of regulatory legal acts.".
3. In part 5 of Article 20 of the word "Laws on Delegation" shall be replaced with words "The laws and agreements on delegation".
4. To add article 25 after the word "question" with the words "(except the questions concerning elections of the head of executive body of local self-government)".
5. Regarding the 4th Article 37 of the text in state language of the word "учтон экисинин" shall be replaced with words "uchton birinin".
6. The paragraph one of Article 42 to state in the following edition:
