Export licenses and/or import and other allowing documents for export or commodity importation, included in the Single inventory to which the prohibitions or import restrictions or export by state members of the Customs union within EurAsEC in trade with the third countries (further - licenses and other allowing documents) issued by authorized state bodies of state members of the Customs union till January 1, 2012 are applied are valid before the termination of term of their action.
To consider the codes of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union (further - FEACN CU) specified in licenses and other allowing documents without the new editorial office FEACN CU respectively the FEACN CU codes according to Item 3 of appendix No. 1 to this Decision.
4. Approve the draft decision of Mezhgossovet of EurAsEC (The Supreme body of the Customs union) at the level of heads of states "About modification of separate Decisions of Mezhgossovet of EurAsEC (The Supreme body of the Customs union) at the level of heads of states" according to appendix No. 3.
5. This Decision becomes effective since January 1, 2012, except for Item 4, which becomes effective from the date of official publication of this Decision.
