About modification and amendments in the Procedure for declaring of customs value of goods
The commission of the Customs union solved:
1. Make changes and additions to the Procedure for declaring of customs value of goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 No. 376, according to appendix.
2. Charge to expert group of the Commission of the Customs union approved by the Decision of June 18, 2010 No. 304, to develop structure and format of the electronic copy of the declaration of customs value for development of the Qualifiers used for filling of customs declarations (the DTS-2) form.
3. Item 1 of this Decision becomes effective since April 1, 2012.
4. Item 2 of this Decision becomes effective from the date of publication of this Decision on the official Website of the Commission of the Customs union.
