the consumption rates of raw materials, materials, fuel, energy of material resources applied by the Subject on release of unit of production, goods (works, services) and (or) annual regulations of material resources by comparison with the relevant industry standards approved by the state body performing management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration or the regulations applied by the subjects rendering services in the comparable controlled markets;

expenses on compensation of personnel of the Subject with labor costs of the subjects of the market rendering services in the comparable controlled markets;

other expenses exerting impact on increase in the prices of the Subject.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
