On July 8, 2011 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts the Law of Ukraine No. 3671-VI "About the refugees and persons needing additional or temporary protection" which became effective on August 4, 2011 and with which it is possible to get acquainted in informatsionnopravovy system. Item 2 of Final provisions of this Law declares invalid the Law of Ukraine "About refugees".
The law of Ukraine "About the refugees and persons needing additional or temporary protection" provides procedure for recognition, loss and deprivation of the status of the refugee or person needing additional or temporary protection in Ukraine, the rights and obligations of the specified categories of persons are determined, and also powers of executive bodies which participate in the solution of the questions connected with the refugees and persons needing additional or temporary protection are expanded.
So, in particular, by part one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the refugees and persons needing additional or temporary protection" it is determined that Ukraine promotes preserving unity of families of refugees and persons who need additional protection or to whom temporary protection is provided.
The analysis of article 116 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine allows to draw conclusion that the court is granted the right to combine the resolution in one production several homogeneous claims according to actions for declaration of different claimants to the same defendant.
Thus, it would be reasonable to combine claims of several persons in one production that will provide protection of interests of several persons combined by family relations which have related claims, by their dual prosecution in one production.
