About approval of the Procedure for application of tax pledge of the State Tax Service by bodies

According to Articles 88 - 90, 92 and 93 Sections II of the Tax code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About the central executive bodies", the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 08.04.2011 No. 446, and the Regulations on the State Tax Administration of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 12.05.2011 No. 584, ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for application of tax pledge of the State Tax Service by bodies which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of 24.12.2010 No. 1043 "About approval of the Procedure for application of tax pledge of the State Tax Service by bodies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 30.12.2010 for No. 1438/18733.

3. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.) and to Department of repayment of tax debt of the State Tax Administration (Dovgal S. O.) in the procedure established by the legislation:

provide this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration;

provide promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.
