About introduction of amendments to the Order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 15.02.2011 No. 107

For the purpose of enhancement of procedures of implementation by customs authorities of the state goods control in the form of preliminary documentary control and reflection of results of control in the EAIS program and information complex of State Customs Service of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for maintaining departmental qualifiers concerning customs statistics which are used in the course of execution of customs declarations, approved by the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 15.02.2011 No. 107, such changes:

add Item 1.3 with the words "and implementation of preliminary documentary control at check points through frontier of Ukraine";

the fourteenth subitem 2.1.1 of Item 2.1 to state the paragraph in such edition:

"The qualifier of documents - Management of declaring and customs regimes, Department of non-tariff regulation;".

2. Add the Section 9 "Other Documents" of the Qualifier of documents approved by the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 15.02.2011 No. 107, after code and the name of the document by the 9917 code in the new lines of such content:"
