About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity" concerning expansion of network of the allowing centers

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 48, Art. 483; 2010, No. 13, Art. 128, No. 46, Art. 547; 2011, No. 42, Art. 426; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of July 7, 2011 No. 3610-VI) such changes:

1. In Article 1 part one:

in paragraph five of the word "Kiev and Sevastopol City Public Administrations" to exclude;

after the paragraph of the fifth to add with the new paragraph of such content:

"regional allowing bodies - territorial authorities of the ministries and other central executive bodies in areas and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, executive bodies of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, their officials authorized according to the law on its own behalf to carry out or be involved in conducting examination and inspection of objects on which documents of allowing nature are issued, to issue such documents within the corresponding administrative and territorial unit".
