Make changes to the Procedure for provision of the grant to the employer by fund of social protection of disabled people on creation of special workplaces for the disabled people registered in public service of employment, No. 1836 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2006 "About implementation of article 18-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of social security of disabled people in Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 52, of the Art. 3519), having stated it in edition which is applied.

Procedure for provision of the grant to the employer by fund of social protection of disabled people on creation of special workplaces for the disabled people registered in public service of employment

1. This Procedure determines procedure for granting to the company, organization, the organization (except budget and non-profitable), including to the company, the organization of public organizations of disabled people, the physical person who uses wage labor (further - the employer), the grant for creation of special workplaces for the disabled people registered in public service of employment as the unemployed (further - jobless disabled people).

2. In this Procedure terms are used in such value:

1) the grant for creation of special workplaces for jobless disabled people (further - the grant) - funds which are allocated by Social Security Fund of disabled people (further - Fund) on covering of expenses of the employer on creation of special workplaces for jobless disabled people;
