About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning provision of free legal assistance

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning provision of free legal assistance of change which are attached.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 No. 1235
1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 6, 1996 No. 1072 "About approval of the Regulations on the center of medico-social resettlement of minors" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 17, Art. 481; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 28, page 135; 2000, No. 26, Art. 1096; 2003, No. 34, Art. 1816; 2004, No. 46, Art. 3055; 2005, No. 16, Art. 845):
1) in the name and the text of the resolution, except Item 2, to replace the word of "minors" with the word of "children";
2) in the Provision approved by the specified resolution:
in the name and the text to replace the word "minor" in all cases with the word "child" in the corresponding case;
to add Item 22 after the paragraph of the fourth with the new paragraph of such content:
"inform children or their legal representatives on possibility of receipt of free legal assistance according to the Law of Ukraine "About free legal assistance";".
With respect thereto to consider paragraphs of the fifth and sixth respectively paragraphs the sixth and seventh.
2. The regulations on the Ukrainian state medico-social center of veterans of war approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 15, 1996 No. 1394 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 20, Art. 556), to add with Item 8-1 of such content:
