About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of May 29, 2008 No. 86

1. Bring in the Cross-industry rules on labor protection in case of sugar production approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of May 29, 2008 No. 86 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 147, 8/18950), the following changes and amendments:
1.1. Chapter 1-4 to state in the following edition:
"CHAPTER 1 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. These Cross-industry rules on labor protection in case of sugar production (further - Rules) establish requirements for labor protection in case of sugar production.
2. The requirements for labor protection containing in these rules are aimed at providing the healthy and safe working conditions working, occupied on sugar production and extend to all employers irrespective of their organizatsionnopravovy forms and patterns of ownership and are considered in case of:
designing, construction and operation of the objects intended for sugar production;
development and carrying out production and engineering procedures of production of sugar (further if other is not established, - engineering procedures), the labor organizations working;
