About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine and the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine
According to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 08.04.2011 No. 447 "About Regulations on the State inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on sea and river transport" I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes to some orders of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine and the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine which are attached.
2. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of 13.12.2006 No. 1151 "About approval of forms of standard registration ship's papers", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 11.01.2007 for No. 9/13276, the following changes:
2.1. To exclude subitem 2.3 of Item 2.
With respect thereto subitems 2. 2.5 to consider 4, respectively subitems 2. 3, 2.4.
2.2. In item 4 of the word of "(Yatsenko S. V.)" to exclude.
2.3. In the text of the order of the word "Inspection of the Chief State Registrar of the Fleet" in all cases shall be replaced with words "The state inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on sea and river transport" in the corresponding cases.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of 20.10.97 No. 369 "About formation of Inspection of the Chief state registrar of the fleet", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 05.11.97 for No. 532/2336.
4. To provide to department of state policy in the field of sea and river transport provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
6. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
