Bring in Item 4.1 of Chapter 4 of the Instruction on procedure for the issue of individual licenses on implementation of investments abroad approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 16.03.99 No. 122, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice 26.04.99 for No. 259/3552 (with changes), such changes:
