Bezrukov) development and support of the software realizing submission of statements, notifications and requests to tax authorities in electronic form for the purposes of accounting in tax authorities of the organizations and physical persons according to Item 5.1 of article 84 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

3. To heads (the acting as the head) of Offices of the Federal Tax Service in subjects of the Russian Federation to bring this order to subordinate tax authorities.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy manager of the Federal Tax Service supervising questions of accounting of legal entities and physical persons, and also foreign organizations and citizens.
