Article 1

1) in Article 2:

a) Item 1 in paragraph one to replace the word of "January" with the word of "July";

b) Item 2 in paragraph one to replace the word of "January" with the word of "July";

2) in Article 3:

a) in paragraph one of Item 2 of the word of "January, 2012" shall be replaced with words "July, 2012";

b) in paragraphs second and third Item 2.2 to replace the word of "January" with the word of "July";

c) add with Item of 21 following contents:

"21. The owner of object of construction in progress, the property right to which is registered till January 1, 2012, has the right to acquire the parcel of land which is in the state-owned or municipal property and on which the specified object is located, in lease without tendering according to the procedure, established for registration of the rights to the parcels of land by owners of buildings, constructions.";

d) add with Item 22 following of content:
