Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 4, the Art. 193) the following changes and amendments:

4. In Article 8:
